Adegbenga Alamu has drive and passion to work in a performance-driven environment to achieve set targets. He has excellent leadership skills in business development, particularly corporate banking, mortgages, and real estate finance, and is highly skilled in credit/financial analysis and relationship management.
He has 21 years work experience in Accounting and Audit functions, Banking Services and Customer relationship management, mortgages and Real Estate financing. He is a graduate of accountancy, a Chartered Accountant, and holds a Master of Business Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife, Nigeria. He attended training in the field of financial services, credit and risk management, and corporate governance both in Nigeria and abroad. He is also an Alumni of the prestigious Lagos Business School.
He started his working career with AIM Group in 1999 and rose to the position of Company Accountant of Steam Broadcasting and Communications (Cool FM Radio) and thereafter commenced his banking career in 2001. Some of the financial institutions he worked include defunct Gulf Bank Plc, IBTC Chartered Bank (Stanbic IBTC), and TrustBond Mortgage Bank Plc (FirstTrust Mortgage Bank Plc), HomeBase Mortgage Bank. He held management positions and had responsibility for the profitability and liquidity of the mortgage Banks where he worked prior to joining Citihoms Finance Company Limited as the Managing Director.

As Group Head, Risk and Compliance at DLM Capital Group Limited, Ayoola’s responsibilities include establishing a strong risk and compliance culture in DLM Capital Group Limited and its business entities. He has over a decade’s experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal control, and Audit. He is a registered Compliance Officer with the Securities and Exchange Commission and The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He also served as a member of the Monitoring and Reporting group of the Committee of Chief Compliance Officers of Capital Market Operators in Nigeria (CCOCIN)
Ayoola began his professional career in Compliance and Internal Control Group of Access Bank Plc. then joined Investment One Financial Services Limited, where he set up the Internal Control Unit. He worked at CardinalStone Partners Limited as the Chief Compliance Officer in one of the subsidiaries gaining more professional expertise in Risk and Compliance.
Ayoola holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Joseph Ayodele Babalola University and HND, Geology from Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti. He is a Designated Compliance Professional of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria (CIN).

Oladapo is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Member of the Risk Management Association of Nigeria (RIMAN). He holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the Lagos State University.
He has over 13 years professional experience in Enterprise Risk Management, (specializing in Credit Risk Management).
Oladapo began his career as a Credit Officer with TrustBond Mortgage Bank Plc where he rose through the ranks to become the Head, Credit Risk Management until September 2019 when the bank merged with First Mortgages Limited to become FirstTrust Mortgage Bank Plc.
He joined DLM Capital Group in September 2020. Oladapo is Head, Credit Risk at Citihomes Finance Company Limited (A Member of DLM Capital Group).
Professional Experience
With about 10 years of experience, Kelechi is a key member of the Firm’s operations team. She is responsible for managing origination, conducting credit analysis of potential clients and monitoring and reporting on loan portfolios. Her attention to the intricacies of every brief sets her apart as a pillar of support to team members.
Prior to Joining CitiHomes Finance Company, she worked with different departments across the DLM Capital Group, providing support to various business functions including Corporate Finance, Institutional Sales/Trading and Human Resources/Administration.
Her excellent career achievement over the last 10 years have been influenced by her sound leadership, relationship management and analytical background, having earned a Master of Science degree in Information Technology and a First degree in Computer Science.
She commenced her working career with Sterling Bank Plc where she gained hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge before joining the Investment Banking Industry.

Chukwudi started his career as a Customer Care Trainee in 2012 from where he moved to Diamond Bank Plc as a Credit Risk Officer. He oversaw Corporate and Retail Banking where he managed credit risk across a portfolio of secure and unsecured lending products. As a result of the merger and acquisition with Access Bank, Chukwudi joined Access Bank as Large Exposure & Project Monitoring. In June 2019, he joined CitiHomes Finance Company Limited as Head, Credit Analysis and Administration.
He is a graduate of the Federal University of Technology Owerri. He also attended the University of Lagos for his MBA program

Mr Afeez Olalekan Arowoshola is Citihoms Finance Company Head of Operations. He has over 12 years experience when he started work with Alpha-Beta Consulting as Industrial Trainee between 2006 and 2007 and Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) during his service year as Performance Analyst between 2010 and 2011.
After Service year, He joined ICS Outsourcing Limited, seconded to Access Bank Plc as a transaction officer saddled with review and disbursement of loan, reconciliation, investment booking, etc.
Mr. Afeez Olalekan Arowoshola is a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu where He obtained his HND in Marketing with Upper Credit in 2009. He also attended University of Lagos where he obtained his B.sc in Business Administration with second class upper in 2017. He is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management.
