Who We Are
Citihomes Finance Company Limited is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to carry on Finance Company business under the Revised Guidelines for Finance Companies in Nigeria (“the Revised Guidelines”), published in April 2014 by the CBN pursuant to the CBN Act of 2007 and the banks and other financial institutions act of 2004. The revised guidelines regulates the establishment, operations, and other activities of Finance Companies.

Citihoms Finance Company was incorporated
Citihoms was incorporated as a universal Building Society in Nigeria,
2014
Acquisition by DLM Capital Group
its license was reclassified from that of a mortgage bank to that of a finance company
2015
Citihoms Savings and Loans Limited. Name Change
The company’s name was subsequently changed to Citihoms Finance Company Limited to enable it to carry out its functions.
